tiring times

The past weekend was very tiring. Fetch baby back to yishun house on friday night. She managed to sleep quite well. Wake up at 3am for feed and 6am for another.

Saturday night was a disaster. My hubby was not feeling too well. I have to take care of the baby myself. baby was not cooperative. finished her feed at 11pm plus, refused to sleep. I got no time to bathe and brush teeth. feed her again at 12 midnight as she seems hungry again. After that still refused to sleep. Entertain her until 2am, lucky i bought a rocker for her, put her on the rocker and she manage to sleep at 2am. Then i have time to brush and bathe. After that still have to wash and sterilize the bottles. By the time everything is done, its 3am plus. The rocker was in the living room, so end up i have to bring out a mattress and sleep in the living room. Dun want to wake up baby and hubby also.

At 5am, baby wake up for feed. after that put her on mattress to sleep. dun know why she doesn't like the cot in bedroom, put her down, she will cry. then i got time to express milk for her and wash, sterilize things again.i manage to sleep another 1 hr, then she start to scream for another feeding at 8am.

was very very tired. sleep less than 3 hours. Worse is the small baby is cranky and the "big baby" is sick. yesterday night bring baby back to jurong house. She is still the same pattern, after 11pm plus feed, refuse to sleep and wail like mad. end up no choice , i use the pacifer for the 1st time, and it works immediately. She stop crying and we put her on cot to sleep, she just suck the pacifer until she sleep. Its really a breeze. at 3am, she wake up, i push the pacifer back into her mouth and she sleep until 5am.

I manged to sleep well last night. Thanks to the pacifer. Its really a wonderful invention.
The baby is now sleeping in the rocker. She cry for feed but drink a few mouthful, fell alseep. Now waiting for her to wake up.
