cooking fried hokkien mee


I tried to fry hokkien mee last thursday. bought some prawns,mushrooms, bean sprouts, meat, eggs etc. This is the result. So far out of the "many" dishes I cook, this is one of the most edible....hahaha... I will slowly improve, I think I lack the opportunity to cook. And I am always stress that food are not well cooked, so in the end I overcook most of my dishes.

This week I will try to make some desserts. And maybe to cook frog porriage.
