mrt woes

I am not one of those who is stuck inside the trains or badly hit by the recent problems of smrt. But for a so call "first class"transport, things could have been better manage. commuters are paying higher and higher fares, but services is lower and lower. and we are asked to look at other countries who are worse, but why should we? are they paying so much for cost of living? are we comparing apple to apple? we should compare with countries similar to us and not countries that are still developing.

and everybody make mistakes, so i am not that unforgiving. but other than saying we will "refund" the commuters who are affected, shouldnt there be more things to be done? A refund is a basic and a neccessary action. It is what you HAVE to do, not something extra. If you are really sincere about admiting the mistake and making compensation, then you should lower the fare price and benefit everybody. That is something most of us wanted. Not a refund. dun treat us like beggers can.

For a low standard service deserve a low fare price. Fair enough right?

And by sending the "income opportunity" message, you are giving trouble to yourself. So are you trying to tell people that it is a conspiracy? between you and your cabs?
You increase your fare, your cabs increase fare. And I dun think it plain stupidity to send that message, coz you cant be that stupid. So whats is the reason behind? It is your complacent. You think you are a monopoly and no matter what you do, we have to use your service. no matter how high the fare goes, we have no options to choose. So you can say whatever you want, without considering the common folks' feelings. Or maybe you simply dun care what the common folks say. coz you think you are the king.
And dun apologize and say it is just a wrong message. coz nobody will believe. why? becoz that phrase it the first line of the message, meaning that when the trains broke down. the first thing that comes into your mind is the "income opportunity", that is why it is type out first. first in first out. So where do you place the well being of the people? in which position?or it never cross your mind at all?
