headache again

sunday afternoon started to have headache.
ate panadol. night time still headache. ate another panadol. This morning still headache, ate another panadol. And the headache went off at about noon time. Now perfectly ok. I think my be my hormones problems. My menses is overdue again, And I can forsee problem brewing. Everytime it is overdue and came later, it is massive and I always have to forced myself to wake up in the middle of the night to clear the mess. Irritating. And now its more than 35 days already. Still waiting. Super irritated these few days. So this is what people call the PMS.
